JICV produces light-weighted and high-quality Xonotlite-type Calcium Silicate thermal insulation materials (inorganic), using high-tech manufacturing method, based on JIC Gifu Plant in Japan. JICV uses rice husk as fuel and raw material, and the energy conservation effect of heat generation energy is about 1.6 Ml per annum at the conversion to fuel oil. CO₂ emission amount at the conversion to fuel oil equals about 4,000 ton-CO₂ per annum, and the zero emission equivalent to about 25 hectare at the conversion to an amount of CO₂ stock of cedar forest has been realized.
