By processing raw materials in subcritical conditions (2-3 MPa, 200-230°C), we induce hydrolysis reactions to achieve the recycling of unused resources.
[Principle of action]
A reaction in which molecular water enters a polymer and decomposes into two molecules.
Polymer (R)+H2O
↓
Low molecule (R2)-OH+low molecule (R3)-H
As the decomposition reaction progresses, the raw materials undergo
depolymerization and are converted into lower molecular weight compounds.
For example: Proteins → Peptides → Amino acids
Cellulose → Polysaccharides → Glucose
